Terms & Conditions For Suppliers

These terms define your supplier obligations, account standards, content responsibilities, and legal rules for operating on MyGlob.

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the MyGlob platform, operated by DATALAB360, by professional service providers (the "Suppliers"). The MyGlob platform enables Suppliers to showcase their services and connect directly with potential customers.

By registering or using the platform, Suppliers fully accept these Terms.

2. Nature of the Platform

MyGlob is a digital marketplace for connections only. The Company acts solely as a technical intermediary.

  • MyGlob does not sell any services
  • MyGlob does not participate in transactions
  • No commission is charged
  • No payments are processed on the platform

All contractual and financial relationships are established directly between the Supplier and the customer.

3. Registration and Supplier Account

To access the platform, Suppliers must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including business identity, company name, contact details, and service description.

The Company reserves the right to verify provided information, request supporting documents (KYC verification), and approve, reject, or suspend any account.

Suppliers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their account.

4. Service Listings

Suppliers may publish service listings including detailed descriptions, images and media, service conditions, and indicative pricing.

Suppliers guarantee that all content is accurate, not misleading, and regularly updated.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any non-compliant content.

5. Supplier Obligations

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide high-quality and professional services
  • Ensure customer safety
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Keep information up to date

Suppliers are solely responsible for the execution of their services.

6. Relationship with Customers

Suppliers manage communication with customers, bookings, service terms, and payments directly outside the platform.

Suppliers must use customer data only for service-related purposes. Any misuse of customer data (for example spam, resale, or unauthorized use) is strictly prohibited.

7. Service Categories

Suppliers must list services in the appropriate categories provided by the platform. The Company may reclassify or remove listings to maintain platform quality and user experience.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Offering illegal services
  • Infringing third-party rights
  • Using the platform for fraudulent purposes
  • Harming the reputation of MyGlob or DATALAB360

9. Reviews and Ratings

Customers may leave reviews and ratings. Suppliers acknowledge that such reviews may be publicly visible. The Company reserves the right to moderate or remove inappropriate or abusive content.

10. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate a Supplier account in cases of Terms violations, fraudulent or abusive activity, or repeated poor service quality. Suppliers may terminate their account at any time.

11. Liability

The Company acts solely as a technical intermediary. It is not responsible for services provided by Suppliers, does not intervene in disputes, and does not guarantee service quality. Suppliers assume full responsibility for their activities.

12. Intellectual Property

Suppliers retain ownership of all content they publish. By publishing content, Suppliers grant the Company a non-exclusive license to display content on the platform, promote services, and use content for marketing purposes.

Suppliers guarantee that they have all necessary rights to the content.

13. Data Protection

Each party is responsible for the personal data it processes. Suppliers agree to comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable).

14. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Suppliers will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action.
